Jessie Timmons, LCSW, Founder
Jessie has been a practicing clinician and educator for more than 15 years. She has appreciated over that time the way that clinical work and clinical education compliment one another, allowing her to always be learning and growing. Jessie has taught undergraduates, graduate students and practicing clinicians a wide range of topics. She has provided clinical supervision, consultation and support to mental health professionals at all levels of education and experience. Having developed and delivered many targeted professional development programs, she founded The Center for Clinical Growth as a place to focus on this work and providing effective support to professionals and organizations throughout the United States.

Passionate about quality education
At the Center for Clinical Growth, we are dedicated to improving mental health care by offering specialized education and consulting services. Our programs cater to individual needs, ensuring comprehensive skill development and increased client satisfaction. We have provided programs ranging from one hour to twenty hours, and will work with you to determine the topic, structure and timing that will best suit your needs.
Our expertise lies in addressing clinical needs and staying up-to-date with industry trends. We provide support to staff members, fostering a culture of continuous growth and improvement within your organization. All programs are developed and delivered by highly qualified instructors who are skilled at providing dynamic and engaging trainings. We love working with agencies and organizations to develop programs that meet their specific needs.
Previous projects developed in collaboration with organizational leaders have included:
- Developed and delivered a 12 hour trauma-informed leadership training to directors in a case management services program
- Provided a two hour ethical decision-making training to direct service providers working in a Housing First program
- Developed and delivered training for working professionals on updates to the Diagnostic and Statistical Manual
- Provided a targeted training to psychiatry fellows explaining the available resources and levels of care for patients in the local region
- Developed and delivered a two hour training on biopsychosocial assessment to non-clinical staff working to support children with special needs in a school system
